CHANCE ENCOUNTERS
In this series, torn and textured slabs of clay are transformed through a process of cutting, twisting, folding, and reassembly. Working without a predetermined outcome, I allowed chance encounters between form, color, and material to guide each sculpture's development.
The resulting works balance spontaneity and structure, revealing moments of tension, movement, and connection. While the process embraced uncertainty, each piece required careful negotiation between intuition and control. These sculptures reflect an ongoing exploration of how unexpected relationships can generate new forms and meanings.
